A File of Life is a form containing your important medical information.  Hang one on your refrigerator for every member of your household.  In emergencies, seconds matter!  First responders are trained to look for this information on your refrigerator, in the event we are called to your home and you are unable to communicate with us, or another person present is unsure of your medical history.
